Feeling lonely on Valentine's day (or any other day that you find yourself longing for a relationship)? Here are 5 wonderful things you could do - that will empower you whether you’re in a relationship or not!

#1: Deciding that sharing love is not limited to romantic partners.

Why not show friends, family and others your love and appreciation? It’s guaranteed to make you feel good ;) (If you read this: I love you! ❤️)

#2: Showing the world how it’s done and getting YOURSELF a present

(Big upside: you know what you’d like to receive better than anyone ;)) 🎁

#3: Connecting with nature

Take a walk (yes, just you) in a forest, field or city and observe the countless ways nature is trying to grow and connect with you...and notice how it resembles how you are trying to grow connections. 🌱

#4: Connecting with your inner child 🐣

Your inner child is probably the one feeling alone. What could you tell this little you so they’ll feel safe and loved?

#5: Connecting with your body using music 🎵

Find a song (or make a playlist!) with music that inspires you, start lying flat on a floor or a bed, close you eyes and let the music fill up your senses. And of course: if your body wants to move or dance instead: please do! :)
